Most spas sell escape. We sit a few steps from the clay courts, and that changes how we read a body. Recovery here is not a luxury. It is part of the training.

The spa

Rest is part of the training.

Our therapists read shoulders that served two hundred times this week, calves that lived on the baseline, and backs that simply carried a hard Tuesday.

The treatments are the same either way. The reason you came is different, so we plan around it: two minutes of conversation before anything starts, and the pressure is yours to set.

Your visit

How an appointment runs.

Arrive

Come ten minutes early. Change, and leave your phone in the locker.

Talk

Two minutes with your therapist. Where it hurts, how deep, what you did this week.

03

Treatment

Thirty to ninety minutes. One room, one therapist, nothing sold to you mid-session.

04

Stay

Sit with tea until you are ready. Your towel and peştemal are yours for the day.
